I offer a range of Management Consultancy services to private, public and third sector clients.  

My background is working through complex commercial property and infrastructure projects for private sector developers and public sector partners.  I am interested in new ways of working, innovative delivery models for public services and projects, particularly those of public and environmental benefit. 

I am also the current Executive Director of the Atlantic Gateway Partnership and Panel Member for the Places Matter Design Review Panel.

Project Management + Development Management

 

Traditional project management, adding client or project based support.  Overseeing and managing projects in the property, infrastructure or environmental sectors.


Strategic Plans + Business Plans

 

Design and implementation of Strategic Business Plans and shorter term Business Plans.


Alternative Delivery Models

 

New ways of funding public infrastructures, including heritage and environmental assets, to reduce reliance on annual public and private subsidy.


Project + Business Governance Models

 

New approaches to project management and governance models, in particular looking at how communities of interested stakeholders can be actively involved in the decision making process to allow better results overall.


Project Development

 

Project development support, including preparing project descriptions, budgets, programmes, risk registers to support internal approvals and funding.


Financial + Project Appraisal

 

Project appraisal in financial terms, in particular infrastructure and property projects. Preparation of project evaluations to funders requirements, including Heritage Lottery Fund and European Funding.


Fundraising + bid writing

 

Preparation of funding applications to national and EU funding programmes.
